Hotel Online Marketing Seminar Successfully Concluded

Held by Wintour Information & Technology Co. Ltd., Hotel Online Marketing Seminar, with the theme of direct selling strategy, online marketing trends of hospitality industry and the practice of hotel online selling system, kicked off on Sept. 24 at Guangzhou Ramada Plaza Hotel, attended by more than 50 general managers and marketing directors from over 30 four-star-or-above hotels in Guangdong Province, including Landmark International Hotel Science City, Mandarin Hotel, Wenxuan Garden Leisure & Conference Hotel, Oriental Resort, Ramada Plaza Guangzhou, etc.


   


In the seminar, Mr. Huang Xin, CEO of Wintour, focused on the strategy of hotel online direct marketing and gave a clear explanation of the development of hotel online marketing, direct selling tools and system. What’s more, Mr. Yi Xian, the marketing director of Landmark International Hotel Science City, shared his successful story of online marketing by analyzing the relevant operational data and summarizing direct selling strategies of various channels, like hotel website. Another highlight of the seminar was the video lecture about hotel online direct selling condition in China, made by PhD. Yang Yongbiao, the vice president and CTO of Jinling Hotel. All the guests actively joined in the discussion and communicated with each other to exchange ideas and suggestions.


    


Nowadays, with the increasing threats of OTA, hotels need to launch direct selling strategy to occupy more markets, which means hoteliers should break the shackles of thinking, create new marketing mode and improve marketing methods to increase revenue.
