“APAEM Seminar Series: Building and Executing a Winning Digital Marketing Strategy in the Hospitality Industry” was successfully held, with Dr. Huang Xin as the Keynote Speaker

On September 26, 2024, “APAEM Seminar Series: Building and Executing a Winning Digital Marketing Strategy in the Hospitality Industry” was successfully held at the University of Macau (UM). This event was hosted by the Asia-Pacific Academy of Economics and Management (APAEM).Dr. Xin Huang, founder of Guangzhou Wintour Information Technology, served as the guest speaker.

During the seminar, Dr. Huang Xin provided an in-depth analysis of the evolution of digital marketing in the hospitality industry, covering the journey from early webpage and information digitalization, through search engine and keyword optimization, social media and multi-channel marketing, mobile internet and omnichannel marketing, to the recent trends in AI and big data marketing. He then addressed the current stage of integrated and collaborative innovation, emerging large language models, and intelligent interactions, outlining an upgrade path for digital marketing in the hospitality industry.

Following this, Dr. Huang focused on the three core phases of digital marketing: traffic and lead generation, sales conversion, and in-depth customer engagement. He explained the tools and technologies required for each phase in detail and, through numerous practical case studies, demonstrated how these strategies can be applied in real-world scenarios, offering valuable guidance to the attendees.
