Wintour Tourism (Hotel) Big Data Application Training Platform
The Wintour Tourism (Hotel) Big Data Application Experiment System is a comprehensive practical teaching platform designed specifically for big data application courses in the tourism and hotel industries, requiring no programming language background for teachers and students. Based on millions of real, anonymized industry data points, the platform provides a rich repository of tool modules, algorithm models, and BI data analysis libraries for training purposes. The training tasks encompass the entire big data application workflow, including data collection/preprocessing, data processing and analysis, data visualization, and scenario application. The platform is divided into two systems: Tourism Big Data and Hotel Big Data, to meet the specific professional directions and course requirements. The Tourism Big Data system collects and anonymizes real visitor data from a tourist attraction. Through data cleaning, analysis, and mining, integrated with third-party big data profiling tags, students can analyze the data of a scenic spot or tourist destination from multiple dimensions, such as historical visitor flow, popular routes, duration of stay, frequency of visits, and sources of visitor groups. The Hotel Big Data system, based on big data principles and algorithms, uses hotel operational data for analysis. By collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and mining related business data from hotels, students will learn how to apply big data analytics and methodologies to evaluate the operational efficiency of hotels and their various business departments.
